We decided to buy the Buick for the first time as a car for our family, we visited this car dealership and we were pleased to choose our preferred car that I bought as a birthday gift for my wife. We had amazing greeting from phone call to first meet, we was lucky to meet a great manager Ludovic who took a time with us and answered on all our questions, he provided honest information about the car, this manager spoke well about the dealership and its owner, he said that this dealership value their customers and provide an individual approach. We thinks that we were lucky with an excellent seller Ludovic and also with an excellent car dealership policy and approach. We had a lot of experience in other car dealerships, but this one pretend to be the best, thanks to Ludovic for his work. We recommend this autodealer Buick Christin to everyone who need a trusted service and receive the best customer approach.

An agent called me to schedule an appointment for a specific model I looked up. I was working, but he was being pushy and didn't let me get back with my availability. Once I arrived, they told me the car was sold the day before, even though I confirmed my appointment on the afternoon. But the sales rep (Michael) showed me some similar models, and explained all the features in detail. I tried one of them, then he gave me an estimate with financing. I didn't buy the car, but good service.

First, let me say that I had read an earlier review saying how satisfied the customer was with Ludovic and I was glad that he was the one that greeted me at the dealership. Well, he did not disappoint. Ludovic was very conscientious, from the initial contact, carfax reviews, test drives, through to the vehicle being serviced and prepped. He made the sales process simple, particularly as the vehicle was going to be registered outside the province. When the vehicle was inspected out of province and a work item was identified, he came through making sure it was looked after and then followed back up to make sure I was satisfied. Wow. What great customer service!! You could not ask for a better experience. Thank you.

Tried to buy out our lease for 2 months, but Christin has waited until 3 days before end date. We asked for a free oil change as recompense and we're told BY THE DIRECTOR OF SALES, NO LESS, that he could not do that. And we have been loyal clients for 15 years!

Very disappointed,trying to buy out my car and dealership giving me the run around .Took over 2 weeks and then read (previous review) David Cox and made me realise this is part of their game ,contacted another gm dealer and wouldn't you know it in 2 days transaction was done.

Other than them trying to charge us a very illegal administration fee, the car buying process was decent enough and they didn't push back when I called them out on it. About as good as you can ask for out of a dealership I guess

Avoid at all costs. The service is worse than garbage. The salesmen(especially francois) are very nice and reel you in and once you buy the car, you are treated like a piece of scrap. Was told that my brakes were changed when they were not. Car was advertised with a car starter, starter didn't work, they didn't want to fix it and didn't want to cover the charge of another company fixing it. They will blame anything on you ("it's warm out, you didn't have to go buy a car starter") and the people speak to you with complete disrespect. When you call to speak to someone higher up, they just keep transferring you. Stay away from the sylvie lady in repair and the bald Italian boss, both the rudest Jerks I've ever met. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst decision of my life was buying this car there. Trash trash trash place.

After visiting 3 other gmc dealerships, Audi, Mazda, Toyota, etc. Christin Chevrolet Buick offered the best service. Kamal is the best sales person who can help you get the car you want at the right price. I am very happy with my new truck and would like to thank him for the excellent service. I am definitely going to see him for my next car.
